I went to the gym and did 5/3/1 bench and shoulder press. I decided not to swim to give my head and shoulders a little bit of a break!

It so warm right now that I did my afternoon ruck with only a sweatshirt. Seeing people out running in shorts really makes me want to run!!!

Still in the heatwave! Almost 50 today. At yesterday’s appointment I also got the Covid and Flu vaccines so I was feeling a little sick this morning. So I just did 45 minutes of yoga.

I felt better as the day went on! And enjoyed the warm walk! We went out on the ice again. But not as far out today.
