One month complete!!

Today was a little bit of a challenge as we drove to Iowa after work. I snuck in my walk after work which meant we arrived even later at our final destination. The bigger challenge was water consumption and a 4 hour drive! Really that just meant I had a lot of water to drink when we arrived. And finding food that was compliant with the Mediterranean diet on the road! 

Luckily gas station food has improved!
