I’m behind in posting updates again so I’m not sure how much I’ll remember from this run! I did forget to start the run as an interval workout again so I had two Strava entries… one for the warm-up and one for the rest! The workout was a 4x800m with 2:45 rest in between. The only thing I remember is that when I got home I pulled a tick off my shin.
